Colorado Wolf Map Shows Predators Expanding Territory

A new Colorado Parks and Wildlife map shows wolf activity across the state, with wolves reintroduced in December 2023 now roaming and expecting pups in the spring. Tracking 27 wolves via collared GPS, their activity was mapped from Vail to Grand Junction to Aspen. A second ballot initiative opposing wolf reintroduction is being circulated, with ranchers concerned about livestock and potential conflicts with Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
