Colleague reveals that Chinese man accused of pouring coffee on baby in Brisbane had ‘brain issues’

A Chinese national allegedly poured hot coffee on a baby in a Brisbane park, claiming to have “brain issues” and seeking revenge. The baby, Luka, suffered serious burns and will have lifelong injuries as a result. The man fled the scene and drove to New South Wales the following day.
