German tourist Mona El-Mahdi and her family were stuck in an elevator at the CN Tower for 40 minutes while attempting to return from the highest observation deck. Despite following safety protocols, El-Mahdi expressed disappointment over the lack of communication and customer service during the ordeal, although the CN Tower stated that all safety measures were maintained throughout the incident.
