President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced that Ukrainian forces have captured two Chinese men fighting for Russia in eastern Ukraine, suggesting that there may be more Chinese citizens involved. While China is a close ally of Russia, it is not known to have directly aided in the invasion. Zelenskiy hopes the capture will prompt the US to take a tougher stance on Russia, as the conflict continues to escalate.
