Child dies following medical emergency at Surrey college

A Year 8 student at Collingwood College in Camberley, Sussex, died following an incident on Monday afternoon. Emergency services responded at around 2:10 PM, and the student was transported to Frimley Park Hospital in critical condition but later passed away. The school, which serves approximately 1,700 students, expressed deep sorrow over the loss, and the incident has been referred to the Surrey Coroner’s Court. The identity and age of the student have not been disclosed.
