Chicago boater dies, another missing in Wisconsin River, police say

One boater from Chicago died, and another is still missing after their vessel capsized on the Wisconsin River last week, with volatile water conditions hindering search efforts. Luis F. Di Filippo, 75, was recovered from the river, while Francesco L. Di Filippo, 20, remains missing.
