A Waikato law firm boss, Damian Paul Botherway, has lost his attempt to keep his name secret after being found to have a pornography addiction. He repeatedly viewed explicit material at his office, often in view of employees, who expressed their concerns to the New Zealand Law Society. Although Botherway acknowledged his behavior was “egregious,” he claimed he was unaware that his screen was visible to staff.
