Kenneth D. DeGiorgio, CEO of First American Financial, is facing a criminal charge for allegedly assaulting a passenger on a Virgin Voyages cruise after the man insulted his wife and gave her the middle finger when asked to put his shoes back on while dancing. DeGiorgio allegedly choked the passenger and threatened to kill him, claiming he was protecting his wife. The incident occurred on the ship On The Rocks, with DeGiorgio remaining in his cabin until the cruise docked in San Juan the following day.
