CBP Officer Discharges Weapon in Road Rage Incident Near JFK

An on-duty U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer discharged his weapon during a road rage incident on the Van Wyck Expressway near JFK Airport on Tuesday morning. The officer claimed he was assaulted following a minor collision and fired in self-defense, but no injuries were reported.
