Cause of Death Revealed for Lucy-Bleu Knight, Slash’s Stepdaughter

Lucy-Bleu Knight, stepdaughter of Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist Slash, passed away at 25 on July 19. The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed her cause of death as hydrogen sulfide toxicity, ruling it as suicide in August. Inhaling high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide can lead to rapid unconsciousness and death.
