Three candidates are competing for two board positions, with voting information available online. The successful candidates will join DairyNZ’s board, which consists of five farmer-elected directors and three board-appointed independent directors, with resolutions and proposed changes also up for a vote at the upcoming annual general meeting on 22 October.
