Cam Ward has expressed his desire to be involved in the Tennessee Titans’ coaching search, communicating this to general manager Mike Borgonzi and president of football operations Chad Brinker. The Titans are seeking a replacement for former coach Brian Callahan, who was let go after a 4-19 record, while interim coach Mike McCoy has led the team to a 1-7 mark. Ward, the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, emphasizes his interest in understanding the prospective coach’s leadership style over specific schemes. With three games left in the season, Ward remains confident that the right hire will be made to benefit the franchise.
