California man told Wisconsin shooting suspect about plan to attack a government building, gun order says

A California man was detained by the FBI and had his guns temporarily seized after allegedly communicating with the 15-year-old Wisconsin school shooter. The man admitted to plotting a mass shooting with the shooter and had exchanged messages with her. The FBI detained him, and a gun violence emergency protective order was served, with a court hearing set for Jan. 3.
