Cal Fire employee arrested in connection with off-duty arson

Robert Hernandez, a CAL FIRE fire apparatus engineer, was arrested for allegedly starting five fires while off duty in Mendocino County, California. The arrest took place at Howard Forest Fire Station in Willits.
