A man named Vance Luther Boelter, 57, has been charged with the murders of Minnesota Democratic lawmaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, as well as the attempted murders of two other lawmakers. After a chilling series of attacks where he posed as a police officer, Boelter faces six federal charges, including two counts of murder, and potentially the death penalty if convicted.
