Investigators Examine Fatal Plane Crash in San Diego

Authorities are investigating a fatal plane crash of a Cessna 550 in a residential area of San Diego, which resulted in six presumed deaths, including music agent Dave Shapiro and drummer Daniel Williams from The Devil Wears Prada. The crash, attributed to foggy conditions and potential technical issues at Montgomery Field Airport, occurred as the aircraft attempted to land; the plane struck power lines before crashing. The National Transportation Safety Board is collecting evidence and will release a preliminary report within 30 days.
