Ethiopian government forces reportedly executed three Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) employees during a humanitarian mission in the Tigray region in June 2021, according to MSF’s Raquel Ayora. Despite the team being clearly identifiable as aid workers, the Ethiopian government has not provided a credible account of the incident, which MSF claims involved targeted killings amidst escalating hostilities toward aid personnel.

Explain It To Me Like I’m 5: Ethiopian soldiers are accused of killing three workers from a charity called Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) while they were helping people during a war, even though the workers were clearly marked as aid helpers.
