Two men aged 55 and 21 have been arrested after a Christmas fairground ride crashed in Birmingham city centre, injuring two women and causing 11 others to be assessed by paramedics. The men were arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and obstructing officers, and police are assisting with a Health & Safety Executive investigation.
