Inquiry into claims Nottingham victim records were accessed

A hospital trust is investigating reports of staff inappropriately accessing the medical records of the victims of the Nottingham attacks, Barnaby Webber, Grace O’Malley-Kumar, and Ian Coates. The families have been informed and an investigation is underway to address the concerns. This comes after previous allegations of misconduct by MoJ staff and a special constable in relation to the attacks, leading to a judge-led public inquiry being announced following a review of the case.
