A 45-year-old man, Parviz Jafari, has been charged with theft for stealing flowers left in tribute to Ozzy Osbourne in Birmingham, following the musician’s death on July 22. Jafari was arrested on August 2 and is set to appear before magistrates on September 3 after officers responded to reports of the theft near a memorial for the Black Sabbath frontman.
