At least 27 Palestinians killed by Israeli fire while waiting for aid, Gaza authorities say

UN officials condemned the violence and called for an independent investigation, emphasizing the dire situation for civilians in Gaza amid an ongoing military campaign by Israel following a Hamas attack on October 7, 2023.
