Bollywood duo to have statue in Leicester Square

A statue of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, stars of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, will be unveiled in London’s Leicester Square to celebrate the film’s 30th anniversary. The sculptures will be added to the Scenes in the Square trail alongside iconic figures like Harry Potter and Batman, marking the actors as “titans of international cinema.” Mark Williams of Heart of London Business Alliance praised the addition of the Bollywood stars to the trail as “fantastic.”
