Two militants arrested in Manipur
Two militants were apprehended separately in Manipur's Imphal East district, police confirmed. Yengkhom Bhogen Singh (50), an active member of the banned Peoples' Liberation Army (PLA), was captured in Top Khongnangkhong, while Pukhrambam Thoiba Singh (38), a member of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party (MFL), was arrested in Mantripukhri Bazar.
