Bus driver arrested as man, 73, suffers ‘life-changing’ injuries in crash

A man was rushed to hospital with ‘life-changing’ injuries after a crash in Warrington involving a lorry and a double-decker bus. Six bus passengers were injured, including a 73-year-old man with serious leg injuries. The bus driver was arrested for driving without due care, while the lorry driver was uninjured. Police closed off the road and are urging witnesses to come forward.
