Brussels is making Anspachlaan safer by allowing bikes only from 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM to protect pedestrians during busy times, with new regulations starting after nearby construction is finished. Despite the change, the Cyclists Union argues that there are no good alternative routes for cyclists and that the new rules are unfair to all cyclists.
