Brothers, roommate of illegal immigrant who killed Laken Riley to be deported

Diego Ibarra, brother of convicted murderer Jose Ibarra, was sentenced to four years in prison and deportation for possessing a fake green card during the investigation into the killing of Laken Riley in 2024. Living in Georgia with his brothers and roommate, Diego Ibarra had a history of illegal border crossings and criminal activity, including affiliations with the Venezuelan street gang Tren de Aragua. His involvement in the gang led to President Trump invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 against TdA.
