Broadway’s Louis Armstrong Musical Leads New Orleans Fundraising Effort

The company of A Wonderful World: The Louis Armstrong Musical is leading a fundraising effort to support those affected by the New Year’s Day attack in New Orleans, with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS pledging an additional $10,000. Cast member Darlesia Cearcy initiated the project, highlighting the importance of honoring Louis Armstrong’s legacy and supporting the community. The musical, playing at Broadway’s Studio 54, is dedicated to helping those impacted by the tragic event in New Orleans.
