Brit backpacker faces 20 years in jail for ‘killing man in e-scooter crash’

Alicia Kemp, a 24-year-old British backpacker, faces up to 20 years in prison after being charged with killing pedestrian Thanh Phan, 51, in an e-scooter crash in Perth.
