Between 2016 and 2017, 25 Americans, including CIA agents in Cuba, experienced severe brain injuries, leading to vision and memory issues. Following this, at least 15 officials in China reported similar unexplained brain trauma. Mark Lenzi, a State Department security officer, and his neighbor, Catherine Werner, both reported strange sounds and debilitating symptoms, leading Lenzi to suspect a directed energy weapon attack. U.S. agencies are investigating these incidents as potential coordinated attacks against American diplomats abroad.
