A nine-year-old boy was nearly abducted on Dyke Road near St Nicholas Rest Garden in Brighton at 8:45 am on June 13, with a 39-year-old local man arrested for common assault and possession of a Class B drug. Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward as the man has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
