11-Year-Old Shoots Father Over Removed Nintendo

Douglas Dietz, 42, was found dead from a gunshot wound at his Pennsylvania home, with his 11-year-old son Clayton charged with criminal homicide. The shooting occurred after Clayton’s Nintendo Switch was taken away, shortly after his birthday celebrations. Clayton allegedly accessed a gun from a safe using a key he found, and admitted to police that he shot his father in a fit of anger. He is currently held without bail, with a hearing scheduled for January 22.
