Both Houses adjourned till Wednesday amid Opposition uproar

Earlier in the day, the Lower House paid tribute to departed members before adjourning until noon. In the Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge and six other MPs called for a discussion on the Adani bribery issue, claiming it had tarnished the country’s image globally. Despite opposition persistence, Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar adjourned the session for the day, urging members to allow scheduled business to continue.
