Decomposed and mutilated remains found on a Bali beach have been identified as those of 28-year-old Ukrainian Ihor Komarov, who was kidnapped and tortured for ransom. Komarov was abducted on February 15 while riding a motorbike and was later discovered dismembered after being forced into a car by assailants. Police have arrested one suspect and are pursuing six others, all foreign nationals who have since fled Indonesia. Authorities have issued an international red notice for their arrest.
