BlackRock is selling its 45% stake in GasLog to Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC, with the deal expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year. GasLog, backed by the Livanos family and the Onassis Foundation, owns and operates a fleet of 34 LNG carriers and has a 20% interest in a floating storage and regasification terminal.
