Auckland man Va’a Va’a sentenced for meth importation

Va’a Va’a, a man struggling financially, expected to earn $100,000 by helping import nearly 50kg of methamphetamine but instead received a sentence of over 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to the charge. He revealed in court that his family has since disowned him following his offenses committed two years ago.
