Documentary about Oct. 7 attack to screen at TIFF after festival reaches resolution with director

The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) has officially selected a documentary about the October 7, 2023 attack for screening, reversing its initial disinvitation. Festival organizers and director Barry Avrich confirmed that previously raised “important safety, legal and programming concerns” have been resolved.
