A B.C. teen, Andy Le, 16, whose family was tragically killed during the Lapu Lapu Day festival in Vancouver on April 26, 2025, donated $226,000 from his GoFundMe campaign to other victims. His father, Richard Le, stepmother, Linh Hoang, and sister, Katie Le, were among the 11 fatalities when a driver rammed into the crowd. Andy, who was at home doing homework during the incident, expressed gratitude to donors and shared his desire to live with his supportive grandparents, emphasizing the impact of this tragedy on his life and the community.
