B.C. crime news: Police seek help identifying tattooed suspect

The Independent Investigations Office of B.C. has recommended charges against an Abbotsford police officer following an arrest that resulted in a serious injury to a man. The officer attempted to arrest the suspect for indecent behavior, leading to a confrontation during which the man sustained the injury. The IIO has submitted a report to the B.C. Prosecution Service for consideration of charges related to the use of force in this incident.
