The Australian Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, made history by marrying his partner, Jodie Haydon, while in office during a small ceremony in Canberra. The couple, who personalized their vows, were joined by 60 guests, including cabinet ministers, and featured their dog as a ring bearer. Albanese, 62, proposed to Haydon, 46, on Valentine’s Day after meeting her in 2020. They plan to honeymoon in Australia following the wedding.
