The shift towards hybrid work models appears to be settling, with 80% of employees expecting remote work to persist for at least two more years. However, productivity has declined significantly, raising concerns over future living standards and the necessity for improvements in productivity to sustain wage growth and prevent a return to a cost-of-living crisis.
