Australian women with alleged ISIL ties returning from Syria, says minister

Australian Federal Police Commissioner Krissy Barrett announced that some members of a group of 13 Australians, including four women and nine children returning from Syria, will be arrested due to alleged ties to ISIS. The group, living in the Roj camp, is expected to arrive in Melbourne and Sydney soon. Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke condemned their decision to travel to Syria, emphasizing that those who committed crimes will face prosecution. Authorities have been investigating Australians linked to ISIS since 2015.
