The gunman responsible for the mass shooting in Austin, Texas, last weekend, Ndiaga Diagne, was previously involved in an assault on a 65-year-old Tesla employee, Lilian Brady, three months earlier, according to a lawsuit. The suit claims Diagne, who shot three people and injured over a dozen while wearing an Iranian regime insignia, attacked Brady at a Tesla facility. It alleges Tesla was negligent in allowing Diagne, described as having “known aggressive tendencies,” access to other employees. Brady had reported the assault, but the case was closed after Diagne’s death.
