Aurumin Limited Advances with New Joint Venture
Aurumin Limited is poised for early cash flows by entering a joint venture with contract miner Newcam, which will invest up to $4 million in two gold projects. The Johnson Range project has a nearly shovel-ready 64,000-ounce gold deposit, while the deal also covers the Mt Dimer project, with Newcam aiming to earn a 50% stake by funding exploration. Additionally, Aurumin secured $1 million from selling non-gold rights at its Sandstone project, enhancing its financial position and focus on gold production amidst rising prices.
