At least eight people dead after Philippines typhooon

Super typhoon Man-Yi hit the Philippines, causing at least eight deaths from landslides and storm surges. The storm made landfall in Catanduanes, weakened as it moved across Luzon, and was downgraded to a typhoon before exiting the country. Rescue efforts are underway to find missing individuals, with a separate search for a family swept away in Nueva Ecija province.
