At least 38 people were reported killed and 102 injured in US air strikes on the Ras Isa fuel port in Yemen, according to Houthi-run media. This incident marks one of the deadliest days since the US intensified its military campaign against the Iran-backed Houthi group last month, with strikes aimed at degrading their economic power amid ongoing Houthi attacks on Red Sea shipping lanes. The US Central Command stated that the strikes were not intended to harm Yemeni civilians, who seek to escape Houthi control, but did not comment on the casualties reported.
