Asian shares decline after a mixed post-holiday session on Wall Street

Asian shares were mostly lower following a mixed session on Wall Street after a holiday weekend.

Shares fell in Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, while oil prices rose.

The IMF raised China’s economic outlook, expecting it to grow at a 5% annual pace this year.
