US and Israel consider actions against Iranian uranium

The US and Israel are considering options to address Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile as the conflict progresses. US President Donald Trump is contemplating deploying special operations units for small-scale raids to either extract or dilute the uranium, which is suspected to be 450 kg of 60%-enriched material, enough for 11 nuclear bombs. Key decisions will involve identifying the uranium’s location and determining the best approach, with final decisions resting with the US president, the War Department, and the CIA.
