Activists Organize Global Sumud Flotilla

Activists involved in last year’s Global Sumud Flotilla, which was intercepted by Israel while attempting to deliver aid to Gaza, plan a new mission with over 100 boats and up to 1,000 medics. The previous attempt in October 2025 saw Swedish activist Greta Thunberg and over 450 others detained. Organizers emphasize the humanitarian nature of their mission, aiming to raise awareness of Gaza’s situation, regardless of potential interception. Activist Susan Abdallah stated that their efforts will continue until the siege is broken.
