Iran Warns of Potential US Conflict

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned that any US-initiated conflict would escalate regionally. Araghchi emphasized the need for trust in negotiations, which Iran feels it has lost with the US, while asserting that both nations could reach a fair deal to prevent nuclear armament. He also noted that a war would have disastrous consequences for the region and asserted that Iran would uphold the rights of detained protesters.
