NCAG and Mladenov Issue Warnings on Gaza Violence

The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) and Director-General Nickolay Mladenov condemned recent violence in Gaza, triggered by Hamas operatives and Israeli airstrikes that resulted in civilian casualties. Mladenov expressed concern over the situation threatening peace efforts and urged restraint to maintain the ceasefire. NCAG extended condolences to the victims’ families and reaffirmed its commitment to civilian protection. Following a ceasefire breach, the IDF targeted Hamas infrastructure in response, while the Rafah Border Crossing reopened to pedestrian traffic for the first time since 2025.
